This department maintains all sites (structures and other properties) in compliance with all local, state and federal ordinances, regulations and codes and assures that all properties are in safe, clean, and excellent condition that would allow optimum use of all buildings and properties at all times.

The department also assures that all improvements to buildings are done in compliance with building, fire and ADA codes and requirements. Assures that all sites are accessible and free of hazards and that structures, and parking areas are well defined.
