Hard copy specifications and plans are available at the First Selectman’s Office for $50 to be paid by check payable to the Town of Guilford.
The Mandatory Pre-Bid Walkthrough scheduled for Wednesday, March 21 at 10:00 a.m. has been cancelled due to the storm. The new date is Wednesday, March 28 at 10 a.m. Meet at the main entrance of the Community Center, 32 Church Street.
Hard copy specifications and plans are available at the First Selectman’s Office for $50 and electronic copies are $20.
A Replacement Mandatory Pre-Bid Walkthrough is scheduled for Wednesday, April 4 at 2:00 p.m. at the main entrance of the Melissa Jones School located at 181 Ledge Hill Road. Per the CHRO, all bidders will need to attend the new mandatory walk through, regardless of whether or not they attended the initial mandatory walk through
