ESTABLISHED: October 15, 2018

CHARGE/DUTIES: To evaluate all existing town facilities, reviewing the suitability for current operations.  Determine any current needs for space and facility improvements.  Review longer term needs and make appropriate recommendations.  Consider ancillary town property issues, e.g. fields, volunteer fire stations, Guilford Daycare, etc.

ELECTED/APPOINTED: Appointed by the Board of Selectmen.

MEMBERSHIP: Seven Regular Members.

MEETING DATE/TIME/PLACE: Regular meetings are held the third Thursday of every month, 9 a.m., at the Guilford Town Hall.
