ESTABLISHED: Established by the Board of Selectmen, March 3, 1997. This is a Joint Commission for Routes 146 and 77. It includes members from both Guilford and Branford.
CHARGE/DUTIES: Charged with overseeing appropriate implementation of the Final Report of the Scenic Byways Corridor Management Plan for Route 77 and Route 146.
