Harbor Management Plan and Drawings

New Mooring Application Process

The new application process for moorings is now online. Visit the following website - http://permits.onlinemooring.com/GuilfordCt/home.aspx

and create a new account. Once the account is created applicants may fill out the information about their mooring and apply. The Harbormaster

will review applications and send notification by email of approvals or denials. Once applicants create an online account, there is no need to fill out applications every year for moorings. Applicants will be sent a reminder email as their application expires to review the previous entered data. If nothing has changed, simply pay for the mooring online and submit the applications. This will make the process much easier and assist with creating a more reliable database for the mooring program.

You can also download and complete the following mooring form.
